Jeff Vagay
Physiotherapist - MScPT, BHK, CGIMS, CAFCI
I view physiotherapy and rehabilitation as a team effort involving myself and the client. In addition to manual therapy, exercises, IMS/dry needling and acupuncture, i believe that educating the clients about their conditions and how to manage their symptoms outside of the clinic will lead to a more successful outcome.
I enjoy working with a variety of people in different stages of their injury and rehabilitation. Having gone through injuries and surgeries as an athlete in the past, I have a special interest in sports-related injuries, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. -
Avery Wong
Physiotherapist - BKin, MPT
As a physiotherapist, my goal is to assist you in finding the root cause of the pain rather than just treating the symptoms. I employ a whole-body approach to therapy and tailor individualized treatment plans for my clients using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education. I believe by empowering clients to take an active approach to their rehabilitation, they can have greater outcomes.
I have a particular interest in pre and post operative rehabilitation and sports injuries. Specifically, I have worked with many amateur and elite level athletes in their recoveries after ACL and Achilles surgeries. I not only strive to help you overcome the injury but to become better versions of yourself.

Daniel Folino
Physiotherapist - BKin, MPT
I have always had a passion for sports, specifically soccer. Growing up I played in a variety of sports and I’m still currently playing. My experiences with suffering through a variety of injuries, along with witnessing various family members struggle with maintaining functional independence, helped guide me to the path of rehab. I graduated with my Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, then followed with my Master’s of Physical Therapy also from the University of British Columbia. I actively participate in continuing education courses to add new techniques to my treatment plan and to keep up with the latest evidence-based research.
I believe in a collaborative approach to Physiotherapy and rehab, which involves a combo of manual therapy, exercises, IMS, and strong emphasis on patient education. I believe that having a thorough understanding of one’s injury plays a key role in helping with the rehab process.
I enjoy treating a diverse population varying from office workers, athletes, weekend warriors, to seniors.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy walking my dog, playing soccer, tennis and golf and of course…. watching sports!

Juliann Hoy
Physiotherapist - BKin, MPT
My passion as a physiotherapist is to help patients understand the complexities of their injuries and work collaboratively with them to devise treatment plans to achieve their personal goals. I have obtained a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney and have gained valuable experience working in a multidisciplinary private practice clinic treating clients of various backgrounds prior to my return to Vancouver. My interest in physiotherapy stems from having sustained multiple injuries through my involvement in sports growing up and having worked as an athletic trainer for university-level athletes in Canada and club athletes in Australia. I have personally experienced the debilitating effects of an injury and recognize the importance of proper injury management and rehabilitation. I strive to utilize a holistic approach to patient care and prioritize patient education to empower patients to improve their own function and get them back to what they love to do. My main interests include women’s health, sports-related injuries, and orthopaedics. Outside of the clinic, I am an avid gym goer focusing on strength and fitness training. You can also find me playing basketball, soccer, ultimate, or even hiking and snowboarding, depending on the season. I can speak Cantonese and understand Mandarin.
